DeakinCo. Partners With IT Company to Co-Design Corporate Learning Programs

DeakinCo., under Deakin University, which offers education and training that keeps up with your evolving business needs, has teamed up with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to co-create a set of corporate learning programs.

The programs to be co-designed are aimed at fulfilling the rising demand for expertise in emerging technologies like machine learning, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and robotics. 

Deakin University is envisioned to provide programs that are designed to assist close the digital skills gap and boost Australia’s economic growth.

The first program, which will be piloted in early 2022, will focus on machine learning and will comprise three streams that will enable senior executives, mid-management, and practitioners to harness the power of this emerging technology in their respective fields. 

TCS’ substantial industry networks and experience are combined in this new alliance, which brings together Deakin’s academic brilliance and TCS’ broad industry networks and experience.

The programs will provide learners with an engaging experience that goes to the heart of the skills and knowledge required in these dynamic industries and will address specific capability needs for employers.

Each program will be provided online and will include adjustable features to match the needs of each customer, providing a mixed experience that includes both face-to-face and self-paced sessions.

Meanwhile, detailed, industry-relevant case studies, practical workshops, and direct access to prominent practitioners will be among the offerings.

This collaboration between DeakinCo. and TCS brings together unique academic and industry knowledge in the field of technology to assist students to improve their abilities and advance their careers.

The partnership between Deakin University and TCS strengthens their current relationship, with the goal of facilitating areas of mutual interest, such as virtual reality, cloud, digital, and cyber security, in order to carry out co-innovation across the Australian education sector.
